MJ Painting Services was founded in 2020 by husband-and-wife team Mauricio Mendoza and Jessica Gomez, combining their unique strengths and a shared vision to deliver exceptional service to the multifamily industry.

With over 15 years of combined experience in multifamily, our roots run deep in both the field and the office:

• Mauricio Mendoza brings years of hands-on expertise as a skilled painter, known for his attention to detail, efficiency, and craftsmanship in unit turns, exterior work, and common area projects.

• Jessica Gomez brings a strong background in corporate construction management, offering leadership, operational insight, and a deep understanding of the needs of property owners and managers.

What started as a small family venture quickly grew—thanks to the support of an experienced and talented group of friends in the multifamily industry who believed in our vision.
